A taxi collision in Randburg northern of Johannesburg has left three people dead at the scene and 20 injured.
According to ER24, it is believed that three people have been killed and roughly 20 others injured this morning after two taxis collided on the R114 in Randburg.
ER24 paramedics, along with other authorities have arrived on the scene. One of the taxis lay on its side while the other was found upright on the side of the road.
When authorities arrived at the scene, three people where declared dead as they suffered multiply injuries. The injured people were rushed to hospital by a helicopter.
ER24 reported that a number of the occupants were found spread across the scene after they were apparently ejected from one of the vehicles.
The authorities are still investigating the scene. As the cause of the collision is still unknown.
